Welcome to FirstDoc File Tools (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). The Service is provided by the FirstDoc team and aims to offer users free online file processing tools, including but not limited to: file format conversion, compression, preview, and QR code tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service mainly provides online document processing functions, including tools for converting, compressing, splitting, merging, and extracting Word/PDF/Excel files.
Some functions may require temporary uploading of files to the server, only for the current session.
All processed files will be automatically deleted from the server shortly after processing. FirstDoc does not actively store user file content.

3. User Responsibilities

You must ensure that uploaded files do not contain illegal, infringing, malicious code, or content that violates public ethics.
You are responsible for the copyright and legality of uploaded files. FirstDoc assumes no responsibility for any consequences arising from illegal files uploaded by users.
You must not use the Service to engage in any activities that violate laws or infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Privacy Protection

FirstDoc takes user privacy seriously. We commit to:

Not collecting users’ personally identifiable information.
Not storing uploaded files (except for the current operation, deleted immediately after processing).
Using encrypted transmission for all data to ensure secure file transfer.

5. Ads and Third-Party Services

The Service operates by displaying ads such as Google Ads. We do not share your file content or usage data with advertisers. Google Ads may provide personalized ads through cookies. You can control this through Google 广告设置

6. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time.
Before service termination, we will try to notify users via website announcements in advance.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without any guarantees of availability, stability, or accuracy.
FirstDoc is not responsible for any data loss or business losses arising from the use of the Service.
FirstDoc is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control.

Pages, icons, logos, and interface designs provided by FirstDoc are protected by copyright or trademark laws. Users may not copy, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without authorization.
